Yes everyone can do yoga. You will learn basic postures to build up your strength and flexibility. Our method of Iyengar yoga has been developed in a systematic way to allow beginners to progress safely. We use yoga props such as belts and blocks to help you attain the pose effectively and to the best of your ability. Perfection is not expected!! You will notice with each class your alignment, stability and stamina improve. You will also notice you have more energy.
